All sales are final. For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please text our customer care line (770-597-2717) with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.

We sell our products at wholesale pricing to everyone. However all orders will be processed with state-mandated sales tax. If you are looking for tax-exempt status, please submit the proper paperwork to register@superlinewholesale.com. You can use this link to see what paperwork is needed for your state.

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS processing times which normally take 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground and come with a tracking number. To ensure delivery of your package, shipped orders over $300 will ship "signature required".

We do not offer custom prints, custom embroidery, or custom manufacturing. We focus on providing wholesale blank garments for creatives to repurpose.
