All sales are final. For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.

Pickup orders will be ready with 24 business hours. Please bring a VALID ID and the card used for the order when you come to collect your order.We do not allow anyone other than the person purchasing the order to pick up orders. No Uber pick ups.

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS processing times which normally take 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground and come with a tracking number.

We do not offer custom prints, custom embroidery, or custom manufacturing. We focus on providing wholesale blank garments for creatives to repurpose. 

We do not have any minimums.

We will process your order within 3 to 4 hours from when the order was placed. When your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email notification. All orders are verified with a valid government ID and the card used for the order. Pick-up orders can be picked up at our warehouse during regular business hours from MON-SAT 9AM-4:30PM.

Unfortunately, our third-party insurance company cancels orders that they deem to be high-risk. Several reasons may cause this, however, we are unaware of why. If your order was canceled, you will see a refund back to your account in 3-10 business days.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

Yes, anyone is welcome to check out our products at our warehouse. We do not require business licenses. However, online pricing is generally cheaper and the warehouse only offers a portion of our catalog. The warehouse is open from MON-SAT 9AM-4:30PM.
