All online orders are shipped via UPS ground. We do not offer any other shipping services. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order.

i SEVERELY underestimated how much of a baggier fit true to size would be. I'm a 2xl and it looks like a 3xl. I love the quality of the shirt, just need to wear a flannel or something to keep the collar down in place. nothing wrong with the product, it's my own issue if I have any discomfort with the shirt for not reading the product description
