FAQ's

"Do you guys process returns or exchanges?" 

All sales are final. However for any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please text our customer care line (770-597-2717) with an explanation of the request along with picture proof so that we may be able to process your return request. Garments must be not printed on, unworn, and in its original packaging. Inquiries must be made within 2 weeks of the purchase date. We can not service any inquiries that are made beyond 2 weeks of the purchase date. 

 

"When will I receive my order?"

We process your order within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS processing times which normally takes 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped UPS and come with a tracking number. Orders over $300 will ship with "signature required" upon delivery. 

 

"UPS tracking says that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it."

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

 

"My package was delivered to the wrong address."

We are not responsible for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

 

"My package was delivered back to you guys."

If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any and all shipping costs correlated with your order. 

 

"When will my pick up order be ready?"

Superline Wholesale will process your order within 3 to 4 hours from ordering. When your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email notification. All orders are verified with a valid government ID and the card used for the order.

 

"Why was my order canceled?"

Unfortunately, your bank or our third party insurance company rejected this charge. There are several reasons that may cause this, however we are unaware why. Please contact your bank for more information. If your order was canceled, you will see a refund back to your account in 3-5 business days. 

 

"Do I need a business license or a business tax id to shop with you guys?" 

No. We sell our products at wholesale pricing to everyone. However all orders will be processed with state mandated sales tax.  

     

    "Can I come by the warehouse to check out your products in person?"

    Yes, everyone and anyone is welcome to check out our products at Superline Wholesale. They do not require business licenses or tax id's. The showroom is open from Monday - Friday 9am-4pm. 

     

    "Do you guys make custom clothes?"

    We do not do any sort of custom prints, embroidery, or manufacturing. We focus on providing wholesale blank garments for creatives to repurpose.
