All online orders are shipped via UPS ground. We do not offer any other shipping services. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order.
Shipped orders over $300 will ship with "signature required" and will require a signature upon delivery.

Let me start off by saying amazing service ! The only issue i do have is that my order was cancelled and im thinking my ordered was being fulfilled when it was cancelled for whatever reason. So i had to replace the order but it did arrive 2 days later so shipping was FAST CANT COMPLAIN! They also need a phone number to contact them instead of email because sometimes a phone call can make things 1000x times easier but thats doesnt stop them from providing amazing service just an idea im dishing out there . Planning on flying out there to shop
