- All online orders are shipped via UPS ground. We do not offer any other shipping services. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.

- Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
- If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order.
